What are parent and/or guardian's responsibilities during open play?
Open play at be kids cafe is not supervised by our staff. It is the parent's responsibility to supervise their children. While we are available to assist, help re-direct, the overall responsibility od each child falls to their parent or guardian.
What is the age limit for my child to play at be kids cafe?
The age limit at be kids cafe is between the ages of 6 months to12 years old.
How long can my kid(s) play during open play?
Children may play as long as they wish during operating hours. Come and go as you please, enjoy Humboldt Park, the 606 or a nap and come back and see us!
Can I play with my kid(s) at be kids?
We engourge parents and guardians to "be kids" with their kid(s). We specialy made the play equipment to be 6' tall. However, we do ask that you take special care to watch out for our younger quest.
Are there clothing requirements?
Guest (regardless of age) must wear shirts, pants and socks at all times. Diapers must be covered by pants or shorts.
What steps do you take to make sure your facility is clean?
be kids cafe takes cleanliness serisouly. On a daily basis we will sanatize using industrial based cleaners. These will be non-toxic cleaners that eliminate 99.9% of germs, viruses and bacteria. We will train our staff to ensure be kids is maintained to our level of high standerds. Our top priority will be to provide the healthiest, cleanist and safest enviroment possible for our guest.
How early should I schedule my child's birthday party?
Members will have the first opprotunity to book their party, I would suggest a couple months in advance. Our busiest timeswill be October through May.
What is included in the yearly membership?
The yearly membership is meant for the deal seeker! Included in the yearly membership is: unlimited admission year round, 20% off parties, sibling and family discounts, and member family fun nights (movies, dances, parties)!
How dose this work (daily passes/admission)?
A daily pass is $16 for the first child, $8 for the next sibling and $5 for every additional sibling.
